Meet Brian
Brian Riggins
Brian’s fitness journey has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes him such a relatable and grounded coach. Twice in his life, he worked his way down from 265 lbs to 190 lbs, learning firsthand how overwhelming and confusing a lifestyle change can be. Through years of trial and error and by refining his approach, he discovered sustainable habits, a deeper understanding of his own body, and a healthier relationship with movement. Now pursuing his NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential, Brian is dedicated to helping others see their potential and build a stronger, healthier, and more mobile life.
My Philosophy
Over the years, I used to punish myself in the gym because I didn’t understand the nuances of my own body. I’ve learned that your body has many inputs—and many of them are within your control. My training approach is centered on education, practice, and incremental progress. Small, consistent wins create a snowball effect that transforms your fitness journey over time. If I’ve helped you understand your body, and you’ve made meaningful improvements, then we’ve succeeded together.

I am a recent Computer Science graduate with a passion for both technology and community. When I’m not coding, I serve as a youth mentor for 6th graders through young adults at my local church. In my downtime, I enjoy playing basketball, spending time with my family, and challenging myself to embrace running.
