Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Unger
15 years ago, I began training with Lawrence at a small gym in Mountain View, CA. He helped further shape my approach to thoughtful, sustainable training, while keeping it light-hearted and fun. Eventually, I began to assist Lawrence in group sessions. This experience deepened my joy for helping others move well and feel confident in their bodies. After relocating to Southern California, I began working with my own students, continuing to teach with a focus on support, technique, and attainable progress.
My Philosophy
I believe fitness isn’t about pushing yourself to exhaustion or chasing unrealistic goals. It’s about building a strong foundation, moving with intention, and creating a routine that feels good, both mentally and physically. My training style focuses on proper form over fast reps, blending TRX and weight training to help build strength safely and effectively.
Every person’s body is different, and so are their goals. That’s why I prefer an individualized approach to training. Whether you're just getting started, getting back into it, or looking to improve your technique, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
Fitness doesn’t have to feel like a grind. My goal is to make movement enjoyable, approachable, and something you actually look forward to. Because when it’s fun and feels right, it becomes a lifelong habit…not just a phase.

Off the Clock
I enjoy spending time with husband and bonus son. I love creating through painting and sewing and enjoy growing food in our garden.
